Current public collection
jmpseat is not currently collecting public waitlist information, email addresses, or survey responses.
The public site does not set a waitlist survey token or use public signup data to decide access.
Previously collected waitlist information
Before public signups were paused, jmpseat collected submitted email addresses and optional general survey responses about airline-community needs. Those records remain in the separate waitlist system only until the planned retirement is completed.
Previously collected waitlist information is not used to grant app access, verify employment, or make eligibility decisions.
Public-site analytics
jmpseat uses Vercel Web Analytics for public-site analytics on the public marketing, Privacy, and Terms pages. This helps us understand basic page traffic and performance for the public marketing surface. It is not enabled on auth, admin, app, or lab routes.
What we do not do
jmpseat does not sell personal information.
The public site does not ask for employee IDs, badge or proof uploads, documents, schedules, exact hotel information, portal credentials, passenger information, live location, or confidential company information.
Service providers
jmpseat may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, security, public-site analytics, and similar operations needed to run the public site and retire previously collected waitlist information. Those providers are used to operate jmpseat, not to sell personal information.
Google Analytics is not enabled on the public jmpseat site in this implementation.
jmpseat may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to respond to abuse, security, or safety issues.
Retention and future public collection
Previously collected waitlist information is kept only while needed to complete the planned retirement, protect the service, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
If a future public signup or survey is enabled, its retention and deletion terms will be stated before collection begins.
Security
jmpseat uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the public site and previously collected waitlist information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Your choices
You can request deletion of previously collected waitlist information by contacting privacy@jmpseat.com.
Age requirement
jmpseat is intended for users 18 and older.
Independence
jmpseat is independent and not affiliated with any airline, airport, union, or employer.
