These plain-language terms apply to your use of the public jmpseat waitlist.

Current status
jmpseat is currently offering a public waitlist for future access to its private airline-worker community.
No guarantee of access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, or admission into beta or any future jmpseat product.
Accurate information
If you submit the waitlist form, you must provide accurate information. You may not submit someone else's email address without permission.
Submission limits
You may not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or third-party information. You may not use the waitlist for spam, scraping, security testing, disruption, or other abusive activity.
jmpseat may reject, remove, or ignore submissions that violate these terms or create safety, security, privacy, or operational risk.
Feedback
If you provide optional survey answers, comments, or other feedback, jmpseat may use that feedback to improve the waitlist, product direction, and future jmpseat features without owing compensation.
Changes to the waitlist
jmpseat may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or product plans at any time.
Independence
jmpseat is independent and not affiliated with any airline, airport, union, or employer.
Prohibited information
jmpseat does not permit or encourage sharing passenger data, crew tracking, exact crew hotel information, trip screenshots, employer-confidential information, or aviation/security-sensitive operational information.
